Masalah obat untuk ibu hamil, dimanapun dokter pasti akan menyarankan untuk
tidak minum jamu ataupun tidak diperkenankan untuk pijat. Dan kalaupun ada
yang tdk berkeinginan utk mengkonsumsi jamu itupun tidak masalah toh
kepercayaan orang juga berbeda2. Akan tetapi pengalaman dari saya sendiri
berikut 3 orang kakak kandung saya, tidak ada buruknya jika kita minum jamu
yang hanya untuk adhem-adheman / jamu segeran, misal, beras kencur, Sinom.
Adapun jamu laenpun juga banyak misalnya untuk kekuatan otot-otot rahim,
pencegah bau amis pada darah, bayi dan si ibu, dan semua memang terbukti
kasiyatnya, lagi pula obat tradisional tidak mengandung bahan kimia ataupun
pengawet yang sedikit  banyak pasti berpengaruh pada ibu hamil / janin.
