Saya juga lagi hamil 5 bulan dan tidak suka susu. Tapi kata dokter saya,
kita bisa minum susu apa saja (tidak hrs khusus ibu hamil), dan saya coba
susu indomilk murni (katanya spy bayi kita kulitnya bersih) ato susu kedele.
Katanya lagi, komposisi yg ada di susu ibu hamil spt dha, dll = hanya
bisa2xnya penjual saja. Kalo mau nambah dha..bisa makan ikan yg banyak.
Trus aku juga pernah baca, kalo kita makan/minum secara dipaksakan...lambung
kita juga tidak mencerna secara baik...krn otak kita menolaknya.
Segitu aja yg saya tau.
