Sripatum has two windows that we can have Barcamp there: late May and Nov/Dec. Late June / early July is not convenient for Sripatum.
I have pinged the rest of the major sponsors to see what kind of sponsorship we can hope to get. Food and T-shirts are optional expenses we don't have to cover. We also have the option of doing a one-day event. We can put all the options on the table tonight. What it all boils down to is participation. We need sponsors, organizers and volunteers to step-up and make this happen.
