I'll be coming today. My personal vote is to go ahead with barcamp. Unrest in Thailand is normal and even if postponed it could pop up at the next date. Things in Thailand are fine, and you just need to reassure outside guests as such. Providing they stay away from the protests, they will not encounter any problems aside from traffic delays.
