maybe everyone can estimate how long they need to do get their assigned task ready. for my part i will get the site cleaned up and will try to implement as many of the "deluxe" features we talked about. The profiles is no problem, the session overview works already and needs some clever theming. it should be possible to finish at the barcampdate, also it's not critical to make the barcamp happen, just a better informed and smoother one.
if ppl do not report back on their task i would regard it as critical.
