Thanks for testing from source!

Can you send your ./configure command line, and let me know where you
installed it?  If you installed Barry into a non-standard directory,
you may need to set the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH so that
Linux can find the new libraries.

These programs just use libusb, and don't need the Barry library, since they
only work with the device at a USB level.
