Let me phrase the question in a different way:
How much do you need (in dollars perhaps) to build the documentation and make it so that Baruwa 2 is easy to install and get running? I am not a coder but I lead a team of them operating an opensource project... That being said - I see the open-source model as one where anyone can contribute - anyone can ask for support - and anyone can charge for that support. When we asked for support in the past we have received it - but recently when asking to get Baruwa 2 going - we were given a link to the sign up page instead. I have projects that I simply CANNOT outsource the mail on - period. I crap canned Barracuda and loaded Baruwa 1 on its chassis. So - sorry if you are taking this to heart - it was not meant as a dig but rather a response to someone who emailed me and in response i returned their email (not realizing it was on the list of all things ) So: If we can get documentation in order I will work on building the video tutorials to dumb it down even further. Goodness knows I have built a ton of them for the Typo3, Wordpress and even the Drupal communities now all at no fee. The average tutorial with voice over takes well over 20 hours to get just right.
