Frankly i am not up to it lest i get accused of holding documentation to
ransom to get paid.

I suggest we take a leaf from what the pylons project did to get their
documentation done[1], hire someone to do it.

Thats correct that is why you will find companies[2] on the support page that
can provide you with commercial support

I totally disagree, any one who has installed and asked me for specific to help
with specific errors or issues i have assisted in fact there was one such 
request
even today[3]
