I also wouldn't suggest installing this on the same box. I've used Zimbra in 
the past (extensively) and found it far easier to manage while keeping 
MailScanner+Mailwatch (now Baruwa) on a separate box/VM... Zimbra already comes 
packaged with SpamAssassin, ClamAV, Postfix, and it's own web server (Tomcat?). 
You're going to need an advanced configuration (using mod_proxy or mod_jk) to 
provide Zimbra web mail access and Baruwa quarantine management access to 
users... You'll likely want an additional instance of Postfix, too, so Zimbra 
upgrades won't break your config.

Baruwa is a no arch package meaning it can run on any architecture. So it 
should not be a problem at all.
Being designed as a gateway its usually advisable to have it installed on its 
own server on the border.
That should not be an issue any more give the wide spread use of virtualization.
