Also I noticed there is no option in Oraganization level. I can see the
below details while adding new organization.

Admins:
Please give me the link to setup Baruwa.

Spam Score is set at the Organization level. If you set it at Admin,
it will only be for that users email.
A cronjob runs and notifies the user.
