Hi,
Yes i've enabled user notification, but i do not have any email to this
user as quarantined. If so, i need to add all the domains emails address
in Baruwa then only the user will get notification about block.
Please suggest me the simplest way to notify the user and add all the
domain also spam score.

This will only send to a user who is on the system. Meaning if
your
doing a broad sweep of a domain and forwarding onto exchange or
another mail server, those users will not get quarantined reports.
They must be added as a user on the baruwa machine.
