I followed the installation instruction on
http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/doc/html/admindoc/installation_upgrade/installation_upgrade.html
and
change the user to ‘root’ in base.config file.
I've created base2 and dynamic.base2 on mysql server using
./initdb.sh [root] root
./updateindexes.sh
and it is working fine and I can login to mysql and see 'base2' and
'dinamic.base2'.
The http://localhost:8080/base2 on Tomcat is show the login window, however
when I login as ‘root’,
I have an error message:
“The user with login root is not a registered user for BASE”.
Please help me; I have no idea what is wrong, but its look like the problem
with some login java class.
