Some of these patches were no longer necessary in this version of Basket.
I just have to comment the LC_MESSAGES and the crasshandler's functions
(which uses fork, getppid, ...).

I think the comment of the crasshandler code is brutal and shouldn't be
integrated like that.
Nevertheless I will post a patch.
After one week, Basket is pretty unstable on windows XP (lot of crashes when
you move notes or change fonts size) and stable on windows Seven (do not ask
me why, I do the same installation both sides...).
