Robert,
this is what the patch I checked in on monday fixes, albeit for
bbdb/vm-update-records rather than bbdb/vm-snarf-all. The point is, if
the user explicitly requests that records be added, then the ignore
lists should be disregarded, otherwise you get the "unperson" error.
