Had it nil, set it to primary-or-name and works now.

It seems to me that the definition of primary address shouldn't
be based on the value of bbdb-completion-type, and I'm not sure
it is, but it seems so.  I thought the primary address was the
first address on the net entry.  Then the value of
bbdb-completion-type defined what records it "found" in the bbdb
address book which would then allow it to complete to that
primary address.

Oh well.  It works now anyways.
