The info file works without a dir file; if you put bbdb.info* in a
directory mentioned somewhere in the Info-*-dirs variables, pressing
'i' from within BBDB will fetch the info page for you. Using the
install-pkg target, it should create a dir entry itself since there
are cookies for this at the head of the info file. At least, that's
what I'm assuming they're for since someone asked me about exactly
those cookies a few months back.
