The most common words that preceding a name is "Mr, Mrs, Dr or Prof" etc
etc.

Good question. Actually I don't have a better suggestion at the
moment. I just feel 'www-home' isn't great!

The patch works perfectly. Do you think the field name should be
`title'? I was thinking it might be confusing with "job title"?
