Actually, that's not what I'm doing now, but it makes a much better story. I did do something like that last year for a client (brief mention of it here as the "third application": <http:// www.customvisuals.com/automation.shtml#delta>).

Perl, Shell, AppleScript and whatever else it takes. You're limiting yourself, David. Been there, done that. It's an expensive lesson I will not repeat.
