No, although it could be useful. I'd have to click the 'i',
Copy Path, and dismiss the dialog before using the Anchor or Image
tool. Then after getting to the Open dialog, I could Command-Shift-G,
Paste, remove the filename from the end, and accept. At this point
I'd be in the right directory and could actually find my target.
I don't think I'll do it this way, although if I was an
AppleScripter, I could add a custom Copy Folder Path pre-action to
the Anchor & Image tools...
