Hi Jack,

If you don't want to use the command line at all then you would need  
something other than just BBEdit. (Although if you're prepared to do  
just a little BBEdit is pretty good at the rest.)

I use Versions and like it. Others have mentioned Cornerstone -- I've  
not tried this.
