Solution is:
/dev/sda1 /mnt/usbflash vfat user,noauto,umask=0
0 0
Tell them to write it in /etc/fstab
And if user wants to mount his flash in different directory then he should
put that pathname ( the mount point ) in "/mnt/usbflash" .
I think it will work.
Let me know if it works or not.
