Are bean-{identify, extract, file} still supported on v2? There seems to be
a bug in with bean-extract, and I thought I'd ask before I file a bug:
`bean-extract my.import .` ends up spitting out the first file's output for
each file in the directory. Possibly an issue with beancount.ingest.cache,
I haven't looked deeply yet.
