Several things:

1) You should not try to create a new user called 'root'. It is system-defined.
2) No need to try and remove SFEspkg every time
3) From the screenshot the problem is clear:
   You are not connected to the net. The download acclerator axel tried to
   download the FSWbelenix-branding2 package and failed with the error
   "Unable to connect to server pkg.belenix.org:80"

Even though packages are cached locally it can try to download some
packages from time to time if newer versions are available in the repo as
compared to the locally cached version.

So you need to stay connected and rerun with 'install_belenix -reinit'. Note
that '-reinit' is equivalent to '-destroy' but is a more meaningful option name.

Another point, next time you run install_belenix use another different
username. I need to make the script more intelligent to properly handle
already created users.
