Was wondering what 'best practices' are for when an employee gets a different
type of Blackberry phone.

What I've been doing is:

1. Go to BES (5.0), select Manage user and find employee

2. Delete user (Yes - Delete the user and remove the Blackberry
information from the user's mail system)

3. Under Servers and Components, browse down to the BES server

4. Restart Synchronization instance (so I don't have to wait for next
sync)

5. Setup a new account

Could I just do another "Generate an activation email" when manage the user and
accomplish the same thing? Or is there a better way to handle this?

I end up following this same procedure if an employee calls telling me that
their phone isn't communicating properly with the BES also.
