1. Wipe data/disable handheld wirelessly from BES console
2. Generate an activation password
3. Wireless activation of new phone

Step 1 wipes the data and removes the PIN from BES, so when you activate the
new phone the initial data pre-population still occurs.  We usually do all
of these steps with the devices in-hand because we try to give extra
customer service, but there isn't a need to do so. I've done it with a user
calling me from the Verizon store upgrading their BB.
