I delete and recreate user. Only thing I don't generate an activation key, we have a small enough pool of users so I like to work with each user and gauge their level of understanding when I walk them through a wireless activation. It's so fun to see a person that spent the last ten years in school fumbling on a 2 inch x 2 inch keyboard!
