If you put the symbol BRLC.NS into Best Charts it works because Yahoo recognizes that symbol.
However, if you want to see the chart for ZEE TELEF LT you must use 505537.BO because that is the symbol Yahoo uses for that company. Why do you insist on blaming this on Best Charts? Best Charts must use the symbol that Yahoo uses. Do you have a non-numberic symbol for ZEE TELEF LT? I am trying to understand your point but I do not understand why you think this is a Best Charts problem. Using the same type of url you supplied below we get http://in.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=505537.BO when we view ZEE TELEF LT. Do you see that Yahoo is using 505537.BO?
