Murray The question about beta updates has been asked several times in the forum, with the same response - the information is readily available on the wiki. Also, the download page in the main website points to the beta instructions on the wiki as the very first item.
It is absolutely not necessary for us to constantly repeat this information in the beta forum. Nor is it in any way a productive use of our time. That I responded today by pointing out a previous message was simply to indicate that such responses have already been given. For your part, you should bookmark or make a note of where you can find the information again. Thanks.
