Now that's a special case... you asked me _not_ to recommend other browsers. But Touch is inherited from Nokia770 which has been designed for that device. It features an Opera browser. And its author once mentioned not even to bother about supporting IE. So... to answer your initial question:
Are the skins that come with 6.5 supposed to work under Internet Explorer?
