slimserver got removed, but not the init script, so: update-rc.d -f slimserver remove and removed slimserver from /etc/init.d I needed to go through the setup wizardry again, because while the new squeezecenter installed, the old config was not imported from /etc/slimserver. So I copied everything from the /etc/slimserver folder to /etc/squeezecenter. restarted squeezecenter I'm fine now, I think... Maybe I shouldn't have tried this on my main server :-) -- djek ------------------------------------------------------------------------ djek's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14379 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=41652 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list beta@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
