Subscribing to the checkins list comes close to this: every checkin is
commented. It's what you would see in a complete change log.

Get used to Subversion: updates will take 5 minutes. Updating is easily
done and doesn't need a lot of knowledge about SVN.
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ integrates nicely with Windows explorer.

You would have been aware of the issue when it was a "hot topic", when the
code broke your skin. That's when it was discussed in the forums.

If you're not ready to test the fixed versions, you shouldn't complain
about the issues. If you assume yourself they've already been fixed, then
why bother at all?

Don't get me wrong, but I considered you and the way you're working very
professional and ambitious. You've come up with a really great and slick
skin, which does things we didn't are possible with a skin. That's why I'm
a bit surprised about your reaction. You expect plugin authors to change
their plugins just to make them _accepted_ by your skin, whether they're
actually broken or not. But you're not ready to follow the development
which is done for the platform you're working on?
