Hi, I have started to write an application (on UNIX with Qt/X11 or Qt/embedded) with the intention to offer a simplied view of the database and no access to settings. The remote goal is perhaps a wireless touchscreen device on the wall that can run other suff as well.
I currently use SqueezeCenter 7.0 build 17126, and quite often it dies (or the connection goes down) when I select an album from a list and try to use the command "<player_id> playlistcontrol cmd:load album_id:<album_id>" The squeezboxes (I have two) turn off when this happens. Sometimes, I can restart the server sw (> "service squeezecenter stop" etc) but I have to do a machine restart as well once in a while as well to be able to connect to he server sw again. Is seems to happen more frequently with large "albums" (party collections with more than 100 tracks), but it can be normal albums as well. Known issue?
