After MeSue's problems just today, which nobody ever really figured out, that might be a bit futile. I think that after offering a bit of help, which may or may not solve the problem, users should be STRONGLY encouraged to call or contact Logitech support. If nothing else, it will send a clear message up the Logitech chain of command.
