Sorry, perhaps I forgot to add a "knowing" smiley face... What I meant it was that it is obviously sad that Logitech is not clued-up. Being "big" is no excuse for not understanding what your most loyal and vocal customers are saying (even if you choose to ignore them) these days... Believe me I do know how (most) big corporations work! The good thing about being part of such a large corp is potential economis of scale, potential access to a global marketing, distribution and support network, potential leverage across product lines, access to very good patent lawyers (I could go on...) The bad thing is that the execs and marketeers mostly have NO CLUE what is going on and make crazy decisions that infuriate existing customers and baffle, mislead or frustrate new customers...
