I'd go for the mini. It has the same innards as a laptop, so its faster
CPU makes it the winner for me. Its power consumption is probably
equivalent. Perhaps it won't boot without a screen attached, you may
want to check that.

However, I do not know if a recent SBS (7.6) will run on PowerPC. I've
seen a post by someone with a PPC/OS X 10.4 having issues starting the
server. The number of OS X/PPC users is very small compared to OS
X/Intel...

You might look at installing a recent linux ubuntu desktop for PPC. The
G4 should have no trouble running it, and SBS 7.6 will fly.
