It's an incomplete download. No need to check it, it will be broken. But the scanner should not hand due to this, it's common to have incomplete downloads in the iTunes folder structure.
I deleted it and now the scan continues until it starts to read music. There it breaks off before even reporting a single scanned file. Nothing in the logs.
