both Booms show the PL's, as do the Radios & Touch (i understand the Boom/Transporter are more similar). also, the menu is empty in all UI's, on device, web UI, and via the SB app, and iPeng.
Oh, you haven't been playing with the library views, have you? Make sure you select "All Library" in My Music / Library Views (if it's there at all).
