A few things to comment on:

- LMS doesn't use MySQL any more. And the database will store all data the 
scanner finds. So this most likely is the scanner not finding the data, rather 
than the DB not storing it.

- check permissions on the album's folder - that's one of the most popular 
problems when full albums are not found on Linux

- please check the scanner.log file for information about that file. Run the 
scanner with debugging for scanning enabled (Settings/Advanced/Logging)

- screenshots are rather useless when they are scaled down. I have no idea what 
information yours was supposed to provide.
