Hi, win32 bits version: http://www.graphicall.org/582 win64 bits still fails for me (it builds and link, but does not translate the ui).
Also I noticed that the whole ui is translated in oppose to 2.49 where we could set Tooltip/Toolbox/Buttons to be translated (the options are eve still there and exposed to the rna). I will remove the 64build. But be aware that 323 people downloaded it, so there is clear interest on it.
