To answer your question, i would just like to say, BUM has to decide about the plan. Its not all about printing industry. Please go through my message once again and you will find NOTE in the end, that this idea can be utilised / implemented in other professions too. I am again quoting that note here for your consideration. Note This plan can be used in various other fields like Accounts & Tax Consultancy Services, Electricians, Cutting & Tailoring, Welding, Plumbing etc. now the answer to your question wether I want convassers who will bring me business ? I am earning handsome income. If i had to earn high, there are various easy ways where i can get more money without involving into this kind of training proposals.
