Please try file migration in the latest nightly. I added a Help button and some rudimentary documentation last night that may or may not make sense.
Editor documentation is also updated. File a bug or at least post here if something's missing. In addition, we now show a warning when you open a file that hasn't been converted to the new file scheme yet.
