Just for the record: cells which show icons also display tooltips on mouseover 
with the full content of the field. So if one sets icons for, say, the “Annote” 
and “Keyword” fields, a mouseover with a slight delay reveals the contents.

For the latest nightly build, I added a hidden preference BDSKTableCellImages 
(that works the similar to the BDSKTableHeaderImages) to add customized images 
fro the cells. You can try it out there. Be sure to name the file with Template 
at the end, to get selection to work properly.
