I have the same crank with Campy. Same problem. Corrected by having LBS tapping the hole and putting in a bolt with a "collar" (for lack of a better word) over the bolt. The collar moves freely (like the bolt on the end of the front derailleur cage) Used a little loctite on the bolt.
