This reminds me of when someone once asked Earl Scruggs how tightly they 
should tension the plastic head on their banjo. He told them: "Tighten 
it up until it breaks, then back off a little bit."
I see no need to re-tension what was set at the Brooks factory, at least 
until your saddle undergoes major tension changes.
And 200 miles is still basically brand new. At 2000 miles it should be 
*starting* to break in nicely if you have applied Prufhide well at least 
a couple of times.
