I met with Satya about North Sherman a few months ago. Currently, I believe Jon Becker is spearheading the effort in the Northside.
The key to getting a TWLTL in is not convincing engineering, but convincing the neighborhood residents that a TWLTL is in their best interests. There have been a couple of failed attempts, and there is a history of resistance to overcome.
