Although I'm not thrilled about the last minute change, I think it is
due to the DOT suddenly realizing that their office would not be big
enough for the number of people expected.

As to bike-unfriendly, yeah, not great, although it's really not so
bad if you don't go out via E Washington. At least it's easier to
find. Most people have absolutely no idea where Wright St is, and kept
asking me "Is that the DMV office?" (No, the DMV office is on the
other side of Stoughton Rd.)

One other positive of the location change: There is a press conference
scheduled by supporters just before the meeting, and at least they
won't have to stand outside in the cold/rain/snow/wind/whatever.
