* Yahara path: Generally plowed as of 2:30pm Monday. * Gilman street: lane is not plowed very well. There were several areas of slickness that are hazardous.
* University lane: clear. * University contraflow: decent plowing, some slick spots. * Johnson street: Well plowed heading from the contraflow cutoff to where the parking on the left side starts, then it gets sketchy. * Mifflin Bike Boulevard. Generally in good shape, but the connector to the yahara path seems to have been plowed in by the people who cleared the parking lot. There was a volunteer working to cut a path through the heap of snow. I feel like I shouldn't say a word here, I ride in on the Blackhawk path, Shorewood, UBay fields path, past lot 60 and then Lakeshore path and that route is nearly always plowed/clean by the time I leave for work, regardless of the size of the storm (riding underneath the Univ. Ave bridge while all those poor folks sit there idling their way down the Ave is like a free shot of espresso in a latte ;-) but I'd be willing to chip in if the Shorewood folks would continue the 100 yards to Old Middleton from the bridge.
