AB265, the Bill the Bike Fed has been pushing to update the definition of bicycle, permit manual turn signals with either hand, allow passing of bicycles in no passing zones, allow bicycles to have metal studded tires, and now permits moped-only parking areas and the regulation of mopeds (was allows mopeds to be restricted from bicycle parking areas) passed in the Assembly.

(prior to recent amendment, it was "significantly less than the normal speed of traffic".)
