Southwest path and Badger trail (at least to Lacy Road) are 'winter rideable'.

Last year there was a problem with plowing the Badger Trail, but it appears this was a one time issue. Nice.

'Winter rideable' == plowed and as rideable as one should expect under normal winter conditions, meaning some sections of ice or packed snow.
