Registrations have been enabled but obfuscated a little bit.

On top of that, I've also used StopForumSpam domain lists to catch the spammers
who can also read.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way how to integrate the service with GitLab
and I also haven't found
a way how to upload the full domain list using the API as the array with
denylist is just too large.

On the website there's an option to upload the list as a file, but I haven't
found this in the python-gitlab
package, so it will have to be a manual process to keep this updated.
